which i had last year and left with a friend in bali to top up before the due expiry date. When another aussie friend went over and picked it up to put more credit on it he discovered it was inactive. I had only been out of bali for 4 months.
He took the card to a proxl shop to have it reactivated and top it up and was told not possible. He purchased a new card for me and put 200,0000rp on it so that it would be valid for 6 months. That is just my experience but I know of others this has happened to as well.
Is there any other information you can give us so I can go get my mate who is now in bali to go and speak to someone in the Proxl shop. It would just be interesting to have a definitive answer. thanks.
