DVD player to buy??

Hi all,
Can anyone tell me how much a cheap dvd player would be to buy in bali? I just want to buy a cheapy while i'm there to test my dvd's etc and then probably just give it away upon my departure. I heard they sell them at Makro's for around $45 Aussie...is this true?
