Our friends hired a dvd player for their little boy who got great use out of it at rest time every day and it just came in handy when he was hot, grumpy and couldn't be bothered. Sure saved Mum & Dad's sanity, I don't even have kids and can appreciate it. Not only that, they would put it on for him while all the adults sat outside, played cards and had a night cap and he would go off to sleep every time. Handy I reckon and enabled Mum & Dad to have some adult time with friends. I suppose I shouldn't be playing cards though either.
