Just got back, I just want to say thst no matter which hotel you stay at things go missing. A pair of Billibong shorts denim in colour, bought in OZ went missing from the bathroom after the cleaners had been in. On reporting to the manager, I was told that the staff are searched when they leave work. Other than that inquiries were made at the laundry and housekeeping. It just seemed that they weren't concerned at all that they had a thief working there. I was really angry at the laid back way it was handled. No apology, and I'm not going to name the hotel at this stage. But I will be telling my friends.
