The beach cafes/restaurants at Jimbaram have a bad reputation for rigged scales (you pay for your food by weight) and over cooked seafood. Its very easy, quick and cheap to go by taxi to adjacent districts to have a broader experience that might be more impressive and truer to the better qualities of Bali hospitality.
