Ubud hotels (Central area) $20 to $40

I've been looking in the archives but couldn't find the information I wanted.

We are looking for a place to stay in Ubud. It should be in the central area and somewhere in the $20 to $40 range. A TV and A/C would be nice but not necessary.

Any help you can give would be greatly appreciated.
