Hi bec,
You will love this hotel especially with the kids. Apart from having a seperate kids pool it also has a shallow kids pool next to the pool bar and main pool which we find is great being able to sit with other adults while being with the kids in the pool. We stayed at Dynasty twice last year with our 18mnth old and he still loves looking at the photos. We will be staying there again in July. We only used a babysitter at the Dynasty once and that was at night so we could do a little stress free shopping. We put the little one to bed before we went out and we couldnt have been happier with the babysitter, No problems at all.
We dont like to use a babysitter too much either but have to say that none of our fears were confirmed.
Have a great trip. There is also a great toy shop on the second level of the Bali Galleria ( Near planet hollywood) Heaps of great toys, Clothes, Shoes (Licensed stuff Batman, Barbie atc) and bits that you dont see at home.
