We also found with the little um's it help's to have a water spray bottle with you and fill it with bottled water to cool them down when out and about. We also found in the chemist under mata hari in kuta square that you can buy a Evian water refresher spray (pressurised can) for about 50,000rp. This was also good as cooled everyone off with out getting too wet even though you dry realy quick anyway.
My number one tip for travelling with babes as nothing like cutting a shopping trip short becasue the kids are too hot.
