You wouldn't get the best price and if you don't like the place your stuck. I would just turn up and ask to see a room. I haven't seen it fully booked yet. An alternative is Puri Bunga, a little back from the beach, about 200 m from Puri Naga. Simular rooms and facilities. I like PN more cause it's closer to the beach.
