Yes, I have been fishing on a couple of occasions with a local.
He is based in Tuban, roughly behind the Green Garden.
I usually stay at the Dynasty and he picks me up from there.
I pay him about 500,000 Rup for half a day.
I think this is reasonable as he DEFINATELY knows where the fish are and works constantly to guide you to the fish.
I have caught Spanish Mackeral, Trevally and Tuna.
