Or if you go to the sellers directly behind the Dynasty Hotel and ask for Teddy or Russell, they will point you in Ondel's direction. (Maybe for a small fee)
But that's Bali!
Bear in mind he fishes hard from his canoe with outriggers.
He travels towards Tanah Lot about 10km's away.
Be prepared to get wet and have a sore bum.
