Had a look at your suggest. hotels.Have stayed at the Patra Its in beautiful grounds we ended up paying extra ,not sure what your budget is,for an exec suite cheapest by booking direct. But if you want a quieter area and a huge pool the patra has definately got those the only thing is for the Restaurants youll probably need to get a cab about $3 to kuta square or the hotel has a free shuttle about 7 times a day. They probably have some of the largest rooms in Kuta but are down the airport end. another suggestion but it isnt the big resort type and doesnt have the huge pool is The Ramayana in Kuta. I usually go there when we have no kids. Even though it doesnt have the big pool the Poolside cottages only sleep 2 and all 13 cott.right on the pool literally a couple of steps away so just stock up your fridge.Ive been there a few times and lucky if thers ever the odd child there so very relaxing. also very quiet at night. There is another pool right near the 3 story main building as well. The other bonus is that you are right in middle of restaurants, shopsetc. Its just a two min. walk to beach. Have just booked these rooms for Sept again and the price was around $1700 for 8 nights with transfers. Let me know if you want any further info.
