Thanks for the warning. I can so see that happening to me. As strong a person as you can be when you're at home I reckon it's going to be totally different when you're in another country - culture shock as my sister calls it. At least by people telling their not so good stories of Bali it prepares you better so you can go and find some balinese phrases to learn to be more convincing in your No (at least that's what I'm hoping!). Hope the rest of your trip was great though. Thanks!
