I'm looking for somewhere to stay inland for a few nights, preferably not Ubud. I'd like somewhere to veg out, enjoy the views and local food, chat with the locals away from all the touristy stuff. I've looked at Munduk but it seems to be mainly for trekkers and I'm too old and decrepit for that. I've been to Lovina, didn't like it much.
Any suggestions? Kintamani area? Pacung area? Something like that?
