Swastika is on the main drag and Ari Putra is on a back lane so easier access from Swastika to the beach and eating places. Swastika also has 3 pools and great sized rooms with several categories of rooms. It also has a good breakfast but u have to climb stairs to the breakfast room which may not be suitable for all. We have stayed at Swastika several times but never at Ari Putra so cannot really compare the two apart from location and size wise. Hope this helps.
