You are right, they have most things anyone could need in terms of supermarket type stuff and deli, fresh fish and meats and a decent bakery.
The problem was that I loaded up so much there I didn't want to take the bike to old Carefour site to update.
There are prebuilt small outlets at Bintang and I am sure a phone place will be there once opened.
Plenty of phone places around and just updated mine to retain number.
