There are people who have "lived in Bali for 40 years" who can't work it out!
Re Kuta Townhouses it sort of feels like the calm before the storm.
One "owner" has moved in But will not have any services.
Others are due, so time will tell whether they are afforded the terms and conditions of their leases that collectively cost many hundreds of thousands of dollars.
It is a blot on the landscape in more ways than one.
Many will be put off from investing in such ventures in Indonesia again!
