If people are looking for reports in Billys, Piggie Posers etc I'm afraid that will be left for others.
I never go near these places.
In fact, my daily experience will interest very few if today is an example.
The day started with three trips to Bali Maya to swap crate three hinting kecils and a box of San Mig.
I hate to see an empty fridge!
I toyed with the idea of ignoring the dates, but decided that for a few quid it's not worth it.
Then it was off to all points north on the bike to get the dog deloused and clipped, find some ceramic to replace the popped ones at home, replace some plumbing stuff, arrange lease extensions and so on.
I have tried to explain that much of what I do is just day to day stuff and not touristy at all.
However, to contradict that I did spend an hour on Kuta beach and the vibe was positive with many umbrellas up spread from German Beach Tuban up to Legion and Seminyak
For the evening medal it was Legian Food Market with live Indo music and positive feelings from vendors wanting to chat and know about Aussies returning.
On this occasion it was Warung Junar Paion for grilled fish with sambal and rice with cold beer.
Very Bali and very Indonesian.
I will continue with Reno tomorrow and likely spend more time at Kerobokan Depot Bangunan and similar purchasing stuff.
In the meantime a small local family (friends of Hoolz) are helping with some of the work that needs to be done in order that I can continue my "in betweeners" lifestyle.
Let the knockers criticise it and the doubters doubt it.
