Pre-departure RT PCR is an Indonesian Government requirement for entry.
Not sure what you mean by a test required on leaving and arrival?
Thats the only test required and nothing you can do to change that
Nor does it have anything to do with what WA charges.
Hopefully soon WA will be like the $79 (Histopath) RT PCR at Sydney Melb & Brisbane and be able to be tested at the airport with results within 90 mins.
Currently its only at collection centres, 24 hrs results and cost $150
