Before the pandemic, there was a 60 day Soc/Bud Visa available from the Indonesian Embassy or Consulate.
A sponsor was not required and from Australia, bank statements were also not required. Outside Australia, some Indonesian embassies required bank statements. This was a convenient visa for those who did not want the hassle of applying for an extension of the VOA.
This new visa could be a replacement for the old Soc/Bud Visa (Social/Cultural Visa)?
