I have read the Coconuts article and Balipost et al

The regulation clearly states the price of VOA is still 500k according to the previous regulation (28/2019)and not the new price structure concerning visit visas and second home visa (9/PMK.02/2022)

6. To support tourism, foreign tourists can visit Indonesia using a 30-day Visit Visa on Arrival (VOA) at a rate of Rp. 500,000.00 according to PP No. 28 of 2019, or using a One-Time Visit Visa in the Context of Tourism Travel for a Maximum of 60 Days at a rate of Rp. 1,500,000,000.00 according to the PMK.
