Why does everyone think everythng is a money making scam because they cannot make sense of it
RT PCR on arrival is only 275k
Put it this way..
Covid Recovery was never accepted to enter like other countries were accepting it
Now it is but with conditions
Up to you if you want to roll the dice with the conditions/that you may test positive/go into isolation on arrival
Acceptance of the CR certificate will now at least get you into Bali whereas you definitely would not have gained entry before with a possible positive pre departure test/not a full dose of vaccine
Money making scam? I see it as more of a token effort
Bit like opening Bali up last October to tourism but no flights landed anyway
Im sure policy makers are aware of what their decisions produce.
