No pre departure PCR needed or need to show vaccination
However you will RT PCR tested on arrival.

It goes like this.....

If you require a RT PCR on arrival (mandatory for Covid Recovery or you have a temperature above 37.5 on arrival ) you have to go to accommodation to wait for the result of the RT PCR test.

You must be picked up and dropped off directly to the hotel, place of lodging accommodation, or residence and wait for the results

You are not allowed to leave the hotel room, the room of place of lodging accommodation, or place of residence and not allowed to interact with other people before the results of the RT-PCR examination showed negative results.

If you are negative then quarantine or not will be dependent on your vaccination status

No vaccination/One dose = 5x24 hrs quarantine.
(Proof of reservation for quarantine required on entry for those with
vaccine dose 1 / not yet vaccinated)

Second or third dose = allowed to continue journey (and carry out independent health monitoring of symptoms of COVID-19 for 14 days) - Ths is also applicable for for PPLN with special health conditions or diseases comorbidities

If you return a positive result you will undergo isolation/treatment in centralized Gov't isolation hotels or isolation facilities if mild or or asymptomatic.
If positive with moderate or severe symptoms you will be isolated or hospitalized in a COVID-19 referral hospital
