We arrived here in Bali last night from Sydney. The reception at the airport here was fairly seamless and well organised, but not so at Sydney. We arrived at the airport 4 hours before (as advised by Jetstar) and we were through in no time. But not so for some, who were turned away for whatever reason and they were frantically playing the phones. Not being real tech savvy we had hard copies of everything. We didn't board the plane until about an hour and a quarter after it was supposed to leave. Those who checked in later told us they were queuing for about 2 hours at check in. A bit of a fiasco.
