A requirement for boarding is a "paid PCR test" taken within 48hrs of departure.
This cannot be one of the free drive throughs, but has to be a test designated for International travel and with associated certification.
These test are being offered by just a few outlets and at the ridiculous price of $150pp.
Others can comment on Bali restrictions, but these are relatively straightforward now with assistance available where required.
