RT PCR test for WA cannot be done at the airport
It has to be done offsite at one of the collection centres and cost is usually $150

I arrived in DPS last night.
The process is very smooth and thorough.
Document check happens before the PCR sampling.
Covid certs, accomodation, insurance and pre departure pcr papers all checked at first desk.
Then on to pay for the PCR.
The cash queue was much faster than the online payment queue when I went through.
Then the pcr swab is done.
Then on to pay visa on arrival.
Then through immigration for passport stamp.
Then ecd check before customs desk and bag scan.
Luggage was very slow to come around as it was not systematically being taken off the belt so new bags from the one flight were still appearing over 90 mins after touchdown.
Overall smooth, efficient and an easy process to follow in terms of flow.
I would have been fully through in just over an hour if all the bags had come through but sadly had one that came though towards the end so that added a long wait at the luggage belt
