I just tried a dummy booking - Bali to Jakarta return with Air Asia Indonesia using my credit account.......and it went through!!
Be careful in making this dummy booking, if the flight cost is less than your credit account, then you would have paid for flights without having to enter credit card details. You are then stuck with flights you cannot use.
