Been a couple of times, once after a big birthday bash, great place to finish the night, next was for lunch, taking Bali virgins, enjoyed that experience also. Some say pretentious and overpriced. I thought great set up, both times relaxing. I guess depends on the crowd on a given day but both times not pretentious at all, pricing, same as drinking an eating in a bar in Melbourne. Don't think you will be able to hire a locker or towel. When patrons are feeling the heat they tend to just wade into the pool. Hoping this helps.
