Sunday brunch at The W is a very pleasant way to spend the afternoon. You need to book in advance. Cost is about $60 for food only, although you do get a sparkling wine on arrival. The best seafood buffet ever!
Paon cooking class in Ubud is also a good idea. I've been to Bali 30+ times but still enjoyed this class, especially the market and family cultural aspects. This is very professional and well-organised and the hosts are wonderful. If you check Trip Advisor you will see everyone loves this class!
I also agree Biku high tea is a lovely ladies afternoon activity.
