I can't help you with the the Peneeda View but last June we walked throught the Puri Saron...it looks very nice, a vast improvement from the days when it was the Bali Holiday Resort (10 years ago)
We didn't check out the rooms but the grounds, gardens , restaurant and pool are very nice.
It's right on the beach with many little beach bars and Warungs scattered along the beach front. .it is approximate 300 meters to Jl Double 6 with many quality eateries and restaurants around the area.
I would not have any hesitation staying there.
