You can find the new office of telkom now in the Mall Bali galeria,
for XL you can go to their office in Sunset road, almost in front of Carrefour supermarket.
For my part I all the time use a small shop named DAN Shop in the jalan batubelig, they are smart and efficient and resize sim free of charge and give you all the best deal to get internet in your smart phone.
