We have reports from numerous different people from multiple forums, newspaper reports, online travel syndicates reporting as such, a document stating the free VOA posted on Sydney's Indo consulate twitter feed, and the reports keep on coming in with every landed flight of others who walk through and you will only believe it to be true if your Aunty Beral walks through and texts you she didn't have to pay:).
