Try Bintang Kuta next time, free pickup and drop off if you stay more than three days. I went over to Singapore for the day and could' get the free pickup so had to cab it from the airport. One bloke grabbed me and said 50 or 100,000rp to my hotel, he wanted to go home so I suppose I was lucky. Sure as hell wasn't going to pay 200,000.
