I have booked JS for the first time (they hooked me with a sale) for Akl-Dps return in May on the Dreamliner. I though cheap ($420 NZ return) fare and good plane so I'll be OK. But reading this stuff... What should one be careful of/know about re JS to 'cover one's butt' and minimise hassle? I have previously always been a Virgin person!
