Have you mixed up Your months? Normally the hotel were you stay will help with a birthday celebration. Not sure where you are staying but there will be rest's open. Do you have any Balinese friends specially after 20 trips? They would love you to celebrate with them. Suckling pig is very popular. You would have lots of blessings but remember ceremonies don't have a set time and it would be respectful to wear a sarong. Hope this eases some of your concerns.
