Denpasar...Jln Sulawesi just South of the Jln Gajah Mada intersection. Can't remnember the name of the shop (and Google Street has all the covers up)but Toko Madju is close. Across the road from the (now burnt)Badung morning market. Am sure someene will know the name of the shop.
