I'm guessing all the research you've attempted hasn't turned up anything since your original post. So, google "batik fabric wholesale Bali" and you will find websites but if you look at Tripadvisor's site this will be informative. Again, for your art supplies, google "art supplies Bali" and you will see "Artmedia" and also, again, quite an informative TripAdvisor site.
