Ok. Firstly this is not like Nypei where everything is closed. Some rest's will be open but if they are owned/run by a Balinese then they will normally be closed. Some may have reduced staff if they are open. Some staff only get the 1 day off being for Galungan. You will notice that some of the market stalls are also closed and they can be closed for 3 days the same goes for other shops. The last tme I was in Bali for Galungan was a few years ago but I'm sure there will be more upto date info posted on BTF for you shortly.
