Whilst sir I respect but cannot understand your desire to stay in Poppies 1, when the seductress Jalan Padma Utara beckons I agree that Kuta/Legian is the true Bali and I too enjoy the mystique of cold Binnies and where to pop in for a great cheap meal (who doesn't?).

However you do need to know that apart from being wrong about Poppies One being the centre of the real Bali (its Jalan Padma Utara), you are also a bit astray with Bali being Aussies number one destination.
