I've never been but 22 yr old son went with his girlfriend and her family including a local friend, all said it was a day of their holiday wasted, except the local. He went a second time on a boys Bali holiday, one of his mates got talked into booking by a TripAdvisor rep in their lobby. My son initially wasn't going but rep talked him into, different part, lots to do, shouldn't be missed, one of most popular tours etc. She charged them $100aud each, worse day of their holiday. No issues just waste of time and money
