There is definitely an internet shop near cnr. of Jalan Padma and Jalan Sahadewa, I use it all the time. A closer one upstairs along Jalan Legian but I will have to google map first cos not 100% exactly where. I think it's near the Bali Memorial?? Bit sneaky but if you go into a hotel close by and say you want to book a room in their hotel they will let you use their computer in the lobby because you get a better rate. I always do last minute bookings when I'm in Bali and will have a quick look on facebook, BTF, etc. they really don't mind and they also don't mind if you don't end up making the booking.
