My holiday romance was in 1990 on a Peanuts pub crawl.
This romance lasted 2 years (during several trips to Bali). Back then you could get a tourist visa for I think it was 2 mths at a time. It was also free.
We used to go to all the really posh/expensive hotels over in Nusa Dua and have cocktails. Sometimes my hubby would get up and sing to me with the local entertainment. Loved going up to the mountains, with hot chicken soup as the clouds desend and the rain falls.
We were married in 1992 and we still love going back for fun with family and friends
