We have used Wina Optical several times. Hendry's shop is located in Jalan Danau Poso. I don't know the street number but it is on the right hand side driving from the roundabout. His mobile no. I supplied my own sunglasses frame for multi focal lenses and the cost was $74 last August. I supplied my own prescription but Hendry can do that for you.
