Feedback required please

Had some quotes back from my agent for 4 places to stay. In order of cheapest to dearest they are:

Garden View Resort
Melasti Beach Resort
Baleka
Kumala Pantai

I have stayed at GVC and Baleka. Any feedback on MBR or KP appreciated. I understand GVC and MBR are undergoing renovations, anyone able to confirm? Any other comments welcome please.
