hotels that stack up a good number of bad comments and suddenly they are cleansed in the sense that the count seems to be wiped and starts again, and buga me the comments are all a lot more positive.
Go figure huh. One hotel I used to stay at frequently has been there forever and did not rate highly, then a phoenix like resurrection and it starts being reviewed again with the history gone.
But unbelievable as it sound, nothing has changed regards staff, meals service etc.
