I used to work as a glassy at a major Perth watering hole and on a big Back To Bali Party night i was working a table of blokes including a couple of Balinese locals and helped them out by arranging a bit of table service and having a laugh with them.
Couple of months later in Bali with a group of 5 rugby mates we ended up in Peanuts and low and behold one of those Balinese guys was the owner or manager of Peanuts and remembered me. He invited me and my mates to his VIP table and we drank and laughed and partied like never before.
Then around 4am he said lets go and we headed out to the street where about 20 guys on Harleys picked us up with a bunch of lovely young Aussie and German girls form the clun and headed back to his beach house (maybe in Sanur) where we partied till the sun came up. He looked after us for breakfast and all day around his pool.
My mates still talk about it now 27 years later !!!
