We always book a driver through Masa Inn direct for airport pick up, and again when we leave. We have had a couple of refusals from taxi's in the street, one said ok and then when we was in the taxi he changed his mind... I said stop the car now and we'll get out and find another, but he said ok again and drove us down the lane.
