usually base myself in Candidasa and dive with a great company there (Bali Bubbles). The resort in Tulumban sounds nice and as I love diving the Liberty it would make sense to base myself there.
But I do love Candidasa and some excellent dives close to there so I think I should do a few days in CD and a few in Tulumban...Win / Win.
