regardless of any such "warnings" one should be vigilant at all times.
Terrorists rarely advertise their intentions and authorities will always say they had noticed "chatter" AFTER an event has happened.
Regretfully, during these times of conflict, one needs to be aware at all times (without paranoia) not only overseas but at home too.
Enjoy your holiday but observe normal precautions regarding crowded tourist venues, times of day/night, exits etc.......Govt warnings or not.
