Hi Bali People,

we are staying in a private villa this time, after previously staying in hotels or bungalows on the island.

I have bee researching online and found this; "if you plan to stay in a private residence rather than a hotel, you'll need to register with the local Rukun Tetangga Office and police". (Ref: http://www.columbusdirect.com.au/content/the-ultimate-bali-travel-guide/#visaRequirements)

Does that apply to private villas, or staying with or in a local house or property?

Thanks for any info.
